  • You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account and on your assigned servers.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential and never share them publicly or with untrusted parties.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Using our RDP services for any abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or operating spam-related tools or infrastructure.
  • Engaging in hacking, phishing, credential harvesting, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Hosting or distributing malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Performing denial-of-service attacks, port scanning at scale, or any activity that harms networks or third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service that violates this acceptable use policy without prior notice.

4. Orders, Billing, and Renewals

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the chosen plan.

  • Service terms, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at checkout and in your client area.
  • Some services may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in your client area.
  • Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders and renewals and should be reviewed before purchase.

5. Service Availability and Maintenance

We work to provide a high level of uptime and performance for all RDP plans. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control.

  • We may perform scheduled maintenance and, where possible, will attempt to notify you in advance.
  • Unforeseen outages may occur due to hardware failures, network issues, or upstream provider problems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the last active billing period.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technical infrastructure, or applicable laws. The most recent version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
